Richard E. Gehring and James P. Egnew are the principals of Prime Interests. These two highly skilled developers bring over 40 years of combined experience in delivering large-scale projects. Their primary role is the management of the development process and numerous disciplines involved in a development team including Market and Economic Research, Planning, Urban Design, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Law, Architecture and Sales and Leasing, to name but a few.
