Clearwater Seashell Resort is a unique, mixed-use, private-public project designed to re-engineer Clearwater Beach into the preeminent tourist destination on the west coast of Florida. It is a commercial condominium structure with all parts of the building available for sale. The project implements the public improvement components under a municipal reimbursement structure built into a Development Agreement.
