• Port of Miami – Development Manager – responsible for Development of $225 million in Capital Improvements for the Port in both Cruise and Cargo facilities, including design and construction of two new terminals for Carnival and remodeling of four existing terminals.
• Port of Miami – Seaport Representative & Project Manager for the Port’s $76 million Cruise Terminals 3, 4 & 5 Project, used by RCL.
• Sequoyah Lodge & Lake Resort – Development Manager – negotiated tri-party land lease & Development Agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians for a 500 unit lakefront resort.
• Overhill Development Company – Chief Manager & Developer of resort residential subdivision.
• Clearwater Seashell Resort – Manager – negotiated Development Agreement with the City of Clearwater for a major Hotel/mixed-use project.
• Holland America Line – Westours, Inc. – Owner representative & Project Manager for Development of Half Moon Cay, an out island resort in the Bahamas.
• Tampa Port Authority – Development Management Services for Garrison Seaport Center including major tenant ground lease negotiations, government and regulatory agreements, planning, designing and constructing this major urban redevelopment project including design and construction of two cruise terminals.

Directed development, construction and marketing operations for U.S. subsidiary of Australian development group specializing in major commercial properties and residential communities. Redeveloped regional malls including: Landmark Center (Alexandria, VA) winner of 1990 ICSC Design Award (for centers over 1 million square feet). Developed resort condominium projects across the Sun Belt, including Land’s End condominiums, Treasure Island, Florida.
