Port Authority Strategic Plan
Developed the Port's first strategic plan to address market, policy,
business, and asset management components needed to grow the Port’s
annual operating revenue from $13 million to $40 million operation
over a ten year period. The plan involved diversifying the Port’s
business into cruise and various cargo types beyond the bulk business
that dominated. The plan was successful and the Port’s revenues
have exceeded the targets.
B. Five
Year Strategic Plan Update
Recently assisted the Port Director and his staff in the development
and refinement of a Five Year Strategic Plan Update. The plan will
guide market efforts and Capital Improvement programming for infrastructure.
